J. Randall (“Randy”) Toch has more than 20 years experience structuring negotiating and implementing complex real estate and land use transactions including acquisitions and 1031 Exchanges, development, finance (including foreclosures and short sales), commercial leasing, construction, real estate property tax, income tax aspects of real property transactions, title and title insurance, Subdivision Map Act issues, general plan amendments, zoning changes, development permits and use permits.
Mr. Toch received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and received his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was a member of the Traynor Academic Honor Society and received an American Jurisprudence Award. Mr. Toch has also studied International Law at the Salzburg Institute of Law in Salzburg, Austria.
